General Hand Wanted!

Our client, a global leader in the beverage industry, proudly employs over 3,500 people across Australia—working together to make, move, and sell some of the world’s most-loved brands. They have opportunities for a general hand to join their team on a casual basis located in Kewdale.

This opportunity contains alternating shift patterns, Day 6AM - 6PM or Night 6PM - 6AM, with opportunity for weekend work, free onsite parking and offers an hourly rate of $31.19 day shift and $40.55 night shift (both inclusive of 25% casual loading).

Key Responsibilities

• Working with conveyor belts
• Repetitive manual lifting
• Operating a packing machine
• Loading materials into feeders for packaging
• Working in a safe manner
• Demonstrate ability to meet KPI’s

Successful candidates will possess:

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions on hours
• Physical fitness to perform continuous, repetitive tasks, including manual lifting of 5kg–25kg
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts as required
• Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing shift times

It’s great to have, but not required:

• Prior experience working in production lines
• Prior experience/exposure to similar warehouse environments
